Shipping and Returns
MY FIREPOD ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.myfirepod.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Due to Covid-19, your order may encounter shipping delays from shipping carriers. If your package does not arrive on the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you please wait 1-2 days for it to arrive before contacting us at email@example.com.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer.
Return Due to Change of Mind
MY FIREPOD will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
MY FIREPOD will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
4. Delivery Terms
Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 7 - 12 days
Orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days of payment of the order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
7. Duties & Taxes
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Except for any products designated as non-returnable on the Site, we accept product returns for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, as long as the return is made within 30 days of delivery and the products are returned in their original condition. Before shipping your product back, please contact our Returns Department at email@example.com.
On returned items, you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. You are responsible for any loss that occurs during shipment. We strongly advise you to fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and to use a carrier that can provide proof of delivery. Refunds are processed within three to five business days of receiving your merchandise. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method that you used to make your original purchase on the Site.
We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. Items returned must be in original condition and unused. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the fee will be deducted from the refunded price for the return shipping.

You have specific legal rights under this limited warranty. You may also have other rights, which vary by state.
We warrant that the products purchased from the site will be free of defects in materials and workmanship during the applicable warranty period (defined below). MyFirepod comes with a lifetime warranty. Our liability for defective products is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund specified in this warranty statement.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO USE THIS WARRANTY?
This limited warranty is only valid for the first purchaser of products from the Site. It is not applicable to any subsequent or other owner or transferee of the product.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS WARRANTY?
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in products purchased from the Site during the Warranty Period (defined below).
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?
This limited warranty does not cover any damages due to:
Failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance;
Combination or use with any products, materials, processes, systems or other matter not provided or authorized in writing by My FirePod;
Normal wear and tear; or
External causes such as accidents, abuse,
Or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
WHAT IS THE COVERAGE PERIOD?
This one-year limited warranty begins on the date of purchase and ends on the date of expiration. If we repair or replace a warranted product, the Warranty Period is not extended. We reserve the right to change the availability of this limited warranty at any time, but any changes will not be retroactive.
REMEDIES AVAILABLE UNDER THIS WARRANTY
We will, at our sole discretion, either
repair or replace such products (or the defective part) free of charge, or
refund the purchase price of such products if they are defective during the Warranty Period. If we choose to repair or replace the defective products, we will also pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement product to you.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The above-mentioned remedies are your sole and exclusive remedies, as well as our entire obligation and liability for any breach of this limited warranty. My FirePod hereby disclaims all other warranties of any kind, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.
The above does not affect any warranties that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Our liability will in no event exceed the actual amount paid by you for the defective product that you purchased through the site, nor will we be liable for any loss of production, work, data, use, business, goodwill, reputation, revenue, or profit, any diminution in value, costs of replacement
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the exclusion or limitation above may not apply to you.
